Right after the Sunday morning worship service, we are heading to the lake for an all church lake day. This will include water play, sailing (wind conditions permiting) and possibly some innertubing or skiing.
Directions from the church: Take Wofford Blvd (Highway 155) toward Lake Isabella. At Old State Road, turn left into the Tillie Creek Campground. At the “Y” turn right and go toward the North Fork Marina. Immediately after the boat storage yard, turn left, and take the road all the way to the lake. That’s where we’ll be! Here are the details:

We need some to come early (around 8:00am) to save beach area for the rest of the church. If you can do this, tell the Pastor.

This is an all church family event. Children MUST be accompanied by and supervised by their parent/s or guardian/s.

For your comfort, we advise each family to bring folding chairs, shade, lots of sun tan lotion, water or soft drinks, and a picnic lunch in an ice chest.

The fun will include fellowship, singing and a message under the blue skies of God’s creation. The service will be kept short. We ask parents to call their kids to sit with them during the service.

Other fun will include kite flying, sailing, water play and maybe some water skiing.

Please DO NOT bring pets. No one loves your dog like you do.

Please, modest swimming attire would be appreciated. Because of sharp rocks and other objects that may be buried beneath the sand, sandals or water socks are advised.

You may invite friends and neighbors, but please ask them to NOT smoke or bring alcohol.
