Womens Ministry

The Women’s Ministries of New Life Assembly of God is called to focus their ministry efforts on the needs of women. It is the combined effort of events, activities and ministries sponsored by the women of New Life Assembly of God and is the vehicle for women to join together to touch our community, church, and families with God’s love. We believe all women are important in God’s eyes and are vital in His kingdom. When women´s lives are touched, the lives of husbands, children, neighbors and friends are also touched. Our theme Women Touching the World reflects all expressions of our women’s involvement on national, district and local levels. Each of these levels offers separate and distinct avenues of ministry for women.

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galatians 6:10

Our purpose is three-fold:

Worship… To create opportunities for women to worship God together. In worship, women experience the presence of God and become more firmly rooted in faith and established in love. And in so doing, come to grasp how wide and high and deep the love of Christ is, that they may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Fellowship… Through the ministry of the Holy Spirit and obedience to the Lord, Women’s Ministry will be used as an instrument through which God might affect women’s lives. To encourage this, we will provide opportunities for women to grow spiritually through Bible study and prayer and to develop significant relationships with other women through fellowship and meaningful activities.

Outreach… To reach out into the community through friendship and caring. Our desire is to introduce women to our fellowship so that we might support and encourage them in Christian love and help them grow in their faith.

Women’s Ministry Activities

Women’s Ministries activities commission Spirit-filled women to do their part in fulfilling the Great Commission by ministering to hurting people. They do this through intercessory prayer, missions projects, ministry to the bereaved, personal witnessing, and Bible Studies.
